sec.152 Records when supplying to another pharmacist
This section applies in relation to supplying stock of a medicine to another pharmacist. The pharmacist supplying the stock must make and keep a record of the following information— the signed, written request for the stock; the date on which the stock was supplied; the type of stock supplied; the amount of stock supplied. See section 224 about keeping records. (sec.152-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to supplying stock of a medicine to another pharmacist. (sec.152-ssec.2) The pharmacist supplying the stock must make and keep a record of the following information— the signed, written request for the stock; the date on which the stock was supplied; the type of stock supplied; the amount of stock supplied.
