sec.149 Application of chapter— Act , s 91
For section 91 (1) of the Act , this chapter prescribes requirements for a person authorised under section 54 (4) of the Act to deal with a medicine, in relation to carrying out the dealing. This part applies in addition to chapter 4 , unless otherwise stated. See section 91 (3) of the Act about the relationship between requirements prescribed under section 91 and other provisions of the Act . See also section 31 of the Act for when a person deals with a medicine in the authorised way. (sec.149-ssec.1) For section 91 (1) of the Act , this chapter prescribes requirements for a person authorised under section 54 (4) of the Act to deal with a medicine, in relation to carrying out the dealing. (sec.149-ssec.2) This part applies in addition to chapter 4 , unless otherwise stated.
