sec.123 Keeping fulfilled paper prescription
This section applies in relation to a paper prescription for a medicine. A dispenser must keep the paper prescription, or a copy of the prescription, after the dispenser— has fulfilled the entire prescription for a single supply of the medicine; or has dispensed the final repeat of the medicine. (sec.123-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a paper prescription for a medicine. (sec.123-ssec.2) A dispenser must keep the paper prescription, or a copy of the prescription, after the dispenser— has fulfilled the entire prescription for a single supply of the medicine; or has dispensed the final repeat of the medicine.
- (a) has fulfilled the entire prescription for a single supply of the medicine; or
- (b) has dispensed the final repeat of the medicine.
