sec.111 Protocol available for inspection
A prescriber must take all reasonable steps to ensure a clinical protocol made by the prescriber is readily available for inspection at the place to which it relates by— any person who may administer a medicine under the protocol; and the chief executive; and an inspector; and a health ombudsman official.
- (a) any person who may administer a medicine under the protocol; and
