sch.9-sec.5 Class of person
A person (an intern pharmacist ) who is— registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law to practise in the pharmacy profession with provisional registration; and employed as an intern undertaking supervised practice.
- (a) registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law to practise in the pharmacy profession with provisional registration; and
- (b) employed as an intern undertaking supervised practice.
