sch.9-sec.1 Class of person
A person (a pharmacist ) who is registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law to practise in the pharmacy profession but not including an intern pharmacist or a trainee pharmacist. See division 3 in relation to intern pharmacists and division 4 in relation to trainee pharmacists.
