sch.14-sec.8 Class of person
A person (a wholesale representative ) employed to display or give starter packs of medicines for— an entity, other than a pharmacist, authorised to supply a medicine by wholesale under the Act ; or a person otherwise permitted under a corresponding law to supply a medicine by wholesale.
- (a) an entity, other than a pharmacist, authorised to supply a medicine by wholesale under the Act ; or
- (b) a person otherwise permitted under a corresponding law to supply a medicine by wholesale.
