Column 1 Dealing Column 2 Medicine Column 3 Scope of dealing 1 supply by retail stock of any medicine the stock is supplied in compliance with any conditions of the entity’s permission under the corresponding law; and the person arranges the delivery of the medicine only to someone within Queensland who is authorised to buy the medicine; and the person does not— possess the medicine by storing it at a place in Queensland; or arrange for the medicine to be collected from a storage facility located in Queensland; and the supply is not otherwise authorised under section 50 of the Act sch 14 s 6 amd 2025 SL No. 90 s 7 (2)
