sch.12-sec.9 Class of person
A person (a respiratory scientist ) who— is employed as a respiratory scientist for a Hospital and Health Service, private health facility or approved health facility; or is accredited or certified to work as a respiratory scientist by a professional body approved by the chief executive. sch 12 s 9 amd 2025 SL No. 148 s 37 (1)
- (a) is employed as a respiratory scientist for a Hospital and Health Service, private health facility or approved health facility; or
- (b) is accredited or certified to work as a respiratory scientist by a professional body approved by the chief executive.
