sch.12-sec.14 Definitions for part
In this part— health trainee means a person undertaking training to obtain a qualification required to become a member of a relevant class of health practitioner mentioned in schedules 3 to 11 , 13 or 15 , other than an enrolled nurse or pharmacist. relevant class , in relation to a health trainee, means the class of health practitioner for which the trainee is undertaking training to become.
