Column 1 Dealing Column 2 Medicine Column 3 Scope of dealing 1 administer an S2 or S3 medicine, other than an adrenaline (epinephrine) device the medicine is administered— on a clinical protocol applying to the speech pathologist; or on a written prescription an adrenaline (epinephrine) device the speech pathologist has completed anaphylaxis training and the medicine is administered to treat anaphylaxis— on a clinical protocol applying to the pathologist; or on a written prescription an S4 medicine that is a topical antibiotic or a topical corticosteroid the medicine is administered— on a clinical protocol applying to the speech pathologist; or on a written prescription 2 possess an S4 medicine mentioned in this column the medicine is possessed for a purpose mentioned in this column sch 12 s 13 amd 2025 SL No. 148 s 38 (2)
