sch.11-sec.3 Class of person
A person (a veterinary nurse ) who— is employed to practise veterinary nursing; and holds a qualification that makes the person eligible for full membership of the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia Inc.
- (a) is employed to practise veterinary nursing; and
- (b) holds a qualification that makes the person eligible for full membership of the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia Inc.
