sec.75 Requirements for making initial application
An application for a substance authority (an initial application ) must— be made to the chief executive; and be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation; and if the application is for a pest management licence—be made by an individual of at least 17 years.
- (a) be made to the chief executive; and
