sec.61 What is a substance authority
A substance authority is— a manufacturing licence; or a wholesale licence; or a retail licence; or a pest management licence; or a prescribing approval; or a general approval.
- (a) a manufacturing licence; or
- (b) a wholesale licence; or
- (c) a retail licence; or
- (d) a pest management licence; or
- (e) a prescribing approval; or
- (f) a general approval.
