sec.60 Authorisation for persons subject to work health and safety laws

A person is taken to deal with an S7 poison in the authorised way if the dealing is carried out— at, or in connection with, a place that is subject to a work health and safety law; and in the course of performing the person’s duties at, or in connection with, the place; and in compliance with the work health and safety law. However, subsection (1) does not apply if— the dealing is the manufacture or supply of an S7 poison; or the S7 poison is an excluded S7 poison; or the dealing is carried out at, or in connection with, an excluded place.
