sec.57 Authorisation under emergency order
Subject to section 30 (2) , a person is authorised to carry out a regulated activity with a regulated substance if the person is authorised under an emergency order to carry out the activity with the substance. See, however, section 31 for when the person carries out the regulated activity with the regulated substance in the authorised way.
