sec.33 Offence to manufacture medicines or hazardous poisons
A person must not manufacture a medicine or hazardous poison unless the person— manufactures the medicine or poison in the authorised way; or has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—750 penalty units.
- (a) manufactures the medicine or poison in the authorised way; or
- (b) has a reasonable excuse.
