sec.279 State analysts
This section applies to a person who held office as a State analyst under the Health Act or Pest Management Act immediately before the commencement. The person is taken to hold office as a State analyst under this Act on the conditions, if any, stated in the person’s instrument of appointment. This section stops applying to the person on the day that is 6 months after the commencement. s 279 amd 2020 No. 31 s 19M (sec.279-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who held office as a State analyst under the Health Act or Pest Management Act immediately before the commencement. (sec.279-ssec.2) The person is taken to hold office as a State analyst under this Act on the conditions, if any, stated in the person’s instrument of appointment. (sec.279-ssec.3) This section stops applying to the person on the day that is 6 months after the commencement.
