sec.273 Analysis by State analysts
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a State analyst under the Health Act or Pest Management Act — was undertaking analysis of a thing, whether the analysis was under the Health Act , Pest Management Act or another Act; and the State analyst had not completed the analysis or a certificate for the analysis. A State analyst under this Act may continue to analyse the thing and give a certificate of analysis for the thing. The Health Act continues to apply to the analysis as if this Act had not commenced. (sec.273-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a State analyst under the Health Act or Pest Management Act — was undertaking analysis of a thing, whether the analysis was under the Health Act , Pest Management Act or another Act; and the State analyst had not completed the analysis or a certificate for the analysis. (sec.273-ssec.2) A State analyst under this Act may continue to analyse the thing and give a certificate of analysis for the thing. (sec.273-ssec.3) The Health Act continues to apply to the analysis as if this Act had not commenced.
