sec.268 Surrender of HDPR authority
This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, a surrender (the former surrender ) under the HDPR , section 32 was in effect for a person’s HDPR authority; and on the commencement, a new authorisation that is an approved person’s authorisation and is equivalent to the HDPR authority applies to the person. The former surrender is taken to be agreed administrative action. (sec.268-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, a surrender (the former surrender ) under the HDPR , section 32 was in effect for a person’s HDPR authority; and on the commencement, a new authorisation that is an approved person’s authorisation and is equivalent to the HDPR authority applies to the person. (sec.268-ssec.2) The former surrender is taken to be agreed administrative action.
