sec.24 Meaning of supply a regulated substance
Supply , a regulated substance, means sell or give the substance to a person. See also section 25 in relation to particular ways of selling and giving regulated substances. However, supply , a regulated substance, does not include— if the substance is a medicine—administer the substance; or if the substance is a poison—apply the substance; or dispose of waste from the substance. See also section 29 in relation to the distribution or transfer of regulated substances in workplaces. (sec.24-ssec.1) Supply , a regulated substance, means sell or give the substance to a person. See also section 25 in relation to particular ways of selling and giving regulated substances. (sec.24-ssec.2) However, supply , a regulated substance, does not include— if the substance is a medicine—administer the substance; or if the substance is a poison—apply the substance; or dispose of waste from the substance. See also section 29 in relation to the distribution or transfer of regulated substances in workplaces.
