sec.234 Consultation about departmental standards
Before making a departmental standard, the chief executive must take reasonable steps to consult with entities that— are proposed to be subject to the standard; or have expertise about the matters proposed to be dealt with by the standard. A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of the departmental standard. (sec.234-ssec.1) Before making a departmental standard, the chief executive must take reasonable steps to consult with entities that— are proposed to be subject to the standard; or have expertise about the matters proposed to be dealt with by the standard.
