sec.22 Meaning of buy a regulated substance
Buy , a regulated substance, includes— give a purchase order for the substance; and otherwise attempt to obtain the substance, whether or not for consideration. See also section 29 in relation to the distribution or transfer of regulated substances in workplaces.
- (a) give a purchase order for the substance; and
- (b) otherwise attempt to obtain the substance, whether or not for consideration.
