sec.218 Destruction of criminal history information
The chief executive must ensure any document containing information from a criminal history report or a notice under section 217 is destroyed as soon as practicable after it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was given. See part 2 about the confidentiality of information, including criminal history information.
