sec.212 Proceeding not to commence if compliance notice in effect
This section applies to a person given a compliance notice in relation to a provision that it is an offence to contravene. The person can not be prosecuted for the offence unless the person— fails to comply with the compliance notice; and does not have a reasonable excuse for failing to comply. (sec.212-ssec.1) This section applies to a person given a compliance notice in relation to a provision that it is an offence to contravene. - (a) fails to comply with the compliance notice; and
- (b) does not have a reasonable excuse for failing to comply.
