sec.20 Meaning of regulated activity
A regulated activity is— a dealing with a regulated substance; or a pest management activity or asking or directing another person to carry out a pest management activity. s 20 amd 2021 No. 12 s 224
- (a) a dealing with a regulated substance; or
- (b) a pest management activity or asking or directing another person to carry out a pest management activity.
