sec.192 Resignation of State analyst
A State analyst may resign by signed notice given to— for a State analyst appointed under section 189 (1) —the chief executive; or for a State analyst appointed under section 189 (3) —the Director of Forensic Science Queensland. s 192 amd 2024 No. 8 s 62
- (a) for a State analyst appointed under section 189 (1) —the chief executive; or
- (b) for a State analyst appointed under section 189 (3) —the Director of Forensic Science Queensland.
