sec.157 Application of division
The powers under this division may be exercised if an inspector enters a place under section 140 (1) (a) , (c) , (d) or (e) . However, if the inspector enters a place under section 140 (1) (a) or (c) , the powers under this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant. s 157 amd 2020 No. 31 s 19G (sec.157-ssec.1) The powers under this division may be exercised if an inspector enters a place under section 140 (1) (a) , (c) , (d) or (e) .
