sec.141 Power to enter place to check compliance with compliance notice or recall order
This section applies if— a compliance notice has been given to a person or a recall order has been given to a responsible person; and the person practises a profession or performs functions at a place that is the subject of a matter mentioned in the notice or order. An inspector may, at reasonable times, enter the place to check whether the compliance notice or recall order has been complied with. See, however, the restrictions on entry under section 140 (2) . (sec.141-ssec.1) This section applies if— a compliance notice has been given to a person or a recall order has been given to a responsible person; and the person practises a profession or performs functions at a place that is the subject of a matter mentioned in the notice or order. (sec.141-ssec.2) An inspector may, at reasonable times, enter the place to check whether the compliance notice or recall order has been complied with. See, however, the restrictions on entry under section 140 (2) .
- (a) a compliance notice has been given to a person or a recall order has been given to a responsible person; and
- (b) the person practises a profession or performs functions at a place that is the subject of a matter mentioned in the notice or order.
