sec.13 Meaning of prohibited substance
A prohibited substance is— a substance to which the Poisons Standard, schedule 9 applies (an S9 prohibited substance ); or a substance to which the Poisons Standard, schedule 10 applies (an S10 prohibited substance ). A regulation may prescribe another substance to be an S9 or S10 prohibited substance. (sec.13-ssec.1) A prohibited substance is— a substance to which the Poisons Standard, schedule 9 applies (an S9 prohibited substance ); or a substance to which the Poisons Standard, schedule 10 applies (an S10 prohibited substance ). (sec.13-ssec.2) A regulation may prescribe another substance to be an S9 or S10 prohibited substance.
- (a) a substance to which the Poisons Standard, schedule 9 applies (an S9 prohibited substance ); or
- (b) a substance to which the Poisons Standard, schedule 10 applies (an S10 prohibited substance ).
