sec.124 Content of recall order

A recall order must state the following matters— details of the product that is recalled under the order; the responsible person for the order; the reasons for the recall of the product; what the responsible person must do to recall the product; the reasonable period for which the order is in effect. Without limiting subsection (1) (d) , the recall order may state the responsible person must do any of the following— stop the manufacture or supply of the product; take reasonable steps to recover the product from another person; isolate or dispose of the product; repackage or relabel the product; publish warnings about the product. (sec.124-ssec.1) A recall order must state the following matters— details of the product that is recalled under the order; the responsible person for the order; the reasons for the recall of the product; what the responsible person must do to recall the product; the reasonable period for which the order is in effect. (sec.124-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) (d) , the recall order may state the responsible person must do any of the following— stop the manufacture or supply of the product; take reasonable steps to recover the product from another person; isolate or dispose of the product; repackage or relabel the product; publish warnings about the product.
