sec.118 Application of subdivision
This subdivision does not apply in relation to a regulated substance if— the substance is also regulated under another Act or a Commonwealth law; and a power under the other Act or law has been exercised for the recall of the substance, whether or not the substance has been recalled.
- (a) the substance is also regulated under another Act or a Commonwealth law; and
- (b) a power under the other Act or law has been exercised for the recall of the substance, whether or not the substance has been recalled.
