sec.114 Publication of emerging risk declaration
The chief executive must— publish the emerging risk declaration on the department’s website; and take reasonable steps to ensure persons likely to be directly affected by the declaration are made aware of it. publishing media releases, contacting persons affected, advertising in newspapers or other publications An emerging risk declaration is not invalid only because of a failure of the chief executive to comply with subsection (1) .
