57 Review of original decision by authorised reviewing officer
(1) An authorised reviewing officer reviewing an original decision must: (a) affirm the decision; or (b) set aside the decision and make another decision in substitution for it. (2) The authorised reviewing officer must give the applicant for the review written notice of the outcome of the review and written reasons for the decision made by the officer on review.
