#### 26G Pecuniary penalties for offences against this Division (1) To avoid doubt, subsection 4B(3) of the Crimes Act 1914 applies to any offence against a provision of this Division committed by a body corporate, as if an offence against that provision could be committed by a natural person. (2) This section does not affect the meaning of any other offence against this Act.
