#### 78A Evaluation of medical indemnity market (1) The Minister must cause to be conducted an actuarial evaluation of: (a) the stability of the medical indemnity insurance industry; and (b) the affordability of medical indemnity insurance. (2) The Minister must cause to be prepared a report of an evaluation under subsection (1). (3) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of the Parliament by 28 February 2021.
