#### 68 Recovery of payment debt (1) A run‑off cover support payment is a debt due to the Commonwealth. (3) A late payment penalty payable under section 65 is a debt due to the Commonwealth. (4) The Chief Executive Medicare may recover an amount referred to in subsection (1) or (3) as a debt by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
