#### 58 Who is liable to pay the run‑off cover support payment
A person is liable to pay a run‑off cover support payment for a financial year if:
(a) the person is a medical indemnity insurer; and
(b) the financial year is a contribution year; and
(c) the person is not exempt from the payment under section 59.
