#### 34ZZM Setting the allied health termination date (1) The rules may set a termination date for the allied health exceptional claims indemnity scheme. > Note: The scheme does not cover incidents that occur after the allied health termination date (see paragraph 34ZZK(1)(h) and section 34ZZU). (2) The termination date cannot be before the date on which the rules are registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
