#### 34ZZJ Interaction with allied health high cost claim indemnity scheme For the purposes of the definition of practitioner’s contract limit in subsection 4(1), and of paragraphs 34ZZR(1)(e) and (f), an amount that an insurer has paid or is liable to pay, or would have been liable to pay, under a contract of insurance is not to be reduced on account of an allied health high cost claim indemnity paid or payable, or that would have been payable, to the insurer.
