#### 34ZQ Affected medical practitioners A medical practitioner is an affected medical practitioner if: (a) a termination date for the run‑off cover indemnity scheme has been set (see subsection 34ZB(3)); and (b) prior to the termination date, one or more premiums have been paid for medical indemnity cover, for the medical practitioner, in relation to one or more periods totalling at least 12 months; and (c) immediately before the termination date, the medical practitioner was not a person to whom subsection 34ZB(2) applies.
