#### 34G Setting the exceptional claims termination date (1) The rules may set a termination date for the exceptional claims indemnity scheme. > Note: The scheme does not cover incidents that occur after the exceptional claims termination date (see paragraph 34E(1)(g) and section 34O). (2) The termination date cannot be before the date on which the rules are registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
