21 Taking meat out of State or Territory to which Act extends etc.
(1) A person shall not, in trade or commerce: (a) take meat that is intended for human consumption from a State or Territory to which this Act extends to another State or Territory (whether or not the other State or Territory is a State or Territory to which this Act extends); or (b) bring meat that is intended for human consumption into a State or Territory to which this Act extends; if the meat is, under the regulations, unfit for human consumption. (2) A person shall not, in trade or commerce: (a) take meat that is intended for use as animal food from a State or Territory to which this Act extends to another State or Territory (whether or not the other State or Territory is a State or Territory to which this Act extends); or (b) bring meat that is intended for use as animal food into a State or Territory to which this Act extends; if the meat is, under the regulations, unfit for use as animal food. (3) A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) is guilty of an offence.
