71 Identification of inspectors S. 71(1) amended by No. 24/2003 s. 84(1). (1) The Authority must issue an identity card to each inspector authorised under section 70. S. 71(2) substituted by No. 24/2003 s. 84(2). (2) An identity card must contain a photograph of the inspector to whom it is issued. S. 71(3) inserted by No. 24/2003 s. 84(2). (3) An inspector must produce his or her identity card for inspection— (a) before exercising a power under this Act or any other Act; and (b) at any time during the exercise of a power under this Act or any other Act, if asked to do so.
