51 Payment of members
(1) A member of the Authority who is not a—
(a) public sector employee; or
(b) a member of staff of a municipal council—
is entitled to the remuneration and allowances (if any) fixed by the Minister.

(2) In this section ***public sector employee*** has the same meaning as in the **Public Administration Act 2004**.
