13E Requirement to comply with Code of Practice A licensee must comply with any applicable Code of Practice. **Note** Failure to comply with any requirement of an applicable Code of Practice is a ground for a refusal to renew a licence under section 20(1) or the cancellation or suspension of a licence under section 22(2).
