Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What this does

This regulation removes (repeals) an earlier set of rules called the Meat Export Control (Expenses) Regulations.

Why it matters

This is administrative cleanup. The government had previously created rules about how expenses would be handled under the Meat Export Control Act 1935, but then decided to cancel them. This document formally removes those expense rules from the law books.

Who it affects

This would have affected meat exporters and the government officials administering the export control scheme at the time. As a repeal, it removed existing obligations rather than creating new ones.
