93 Application—complaints resolution procedures
Subdivision B of Division 2 of Part 3 of this instrument applies in relation to: (a) a complaint made on or after 1 April 2018; and (b) a complaint made before 1 April 2018 if, immediately before that day, the Registrar of Marriage Celebrants has not given a notice under subregulation 37T(3) of the old regulations in relation to the complaint.
