63 Approved form for complaint
(1) A complaint about the solemnisation of a marriage by a marriage celebrant must be made to the Registrar of Marriage Celebrants in the approved form (if any). (2) The Registrar of Marriage Celebrants may, in writing, approve a form for the purposes of subsection (1).
