26 Offence in relation to refusal to answer
A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is summoned to attend an inquiry under section 22; and (b) the person attends the inquiry; and (c) the Judge or magistrate holding the inquiry requires the person to answer a question; and (d) the person refuses or fails to answer the question.
Penalty: 2 penalty units.
